A summer treat that's not as naughty as it tastes (promise!) Get out your lolly moulds as we'll be filling them with honey and berry frozen yogurt.
Makes 4 lollies
Ingredients:
150g berries
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp honey
500g natural yoghurt
Kit list:
Ice lolly moulds
Saucepan
Chopstick / knife to swirl the yogurt with
Method:
Pop the berries into a saucepan with the sugar and water. Simmer away for 10 - 15 minutes until they’ve broken down into a thick sauce. Pop this sauce into the fridge for 15 mins to cool.
Mix half of the yogurt in a bowl with the berries and the other half in another bowl with the honey
Pour a layer of the berry mixture into your lolly mould, followed by a layer of the honey yoghurt on top. Repeat this until you’ve got to the top on your mould and move on to the next.
Once all of your moulds are full, slowly put a chopstick/skewer/small knife down into the mix and slowly pull it back upwards whilst wiggling it from side to side. Do this in 2 - 3 times in each mould.
Pop in the freezer for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Once you pop these out, admire your tie-dye pattern and get ready to stuff your face!
