Sticky Jam Hands was born from a love of food and inability to cook anything without getting totally messy! My uni pals coined the name 'Sticky Jam Hands' because I always seemed to have my hands in my food and relished any chance to get hands on whilst cooking. 

I started cooking aged 5 and haven't stopped thinking about food since...seriously.

 Past roles in childcare meant I was often cooking for fussy little eaters and getting them to join in was part of the fun (gave someone to blame any mess on too...) So I wanted to write recipes for children to get them enjoying themselves in the kitchen.
